what i heard from master developer in cbj.. they said all project in cbj are 50%, and for ceria, if there is low demand, they can tend to open up quota too..

Major downside for lake point will be having the sjkc union school right in front or close proximity. The idea of having the school is brilliant but not sure how will it fare for the residence/tenants with congested traffic during school hours, kids crossing the road, double parks, big buses and all. Hope the municipal or developers come up with a good system or solution to tackle this common problem involving schools.

According to website above.

" Dr Wee said the new school building would be able to
accommodate up to 1,500 pupils. He said the school should
be built and completed by 2014 or 2015 "

Pretty big number there.phewwww....

From mct plan, the chinese school is quite a distance. And depends on where you are coming. If you are coming from seg side, it should be fine...

Also if any family plan to enroll their children to chinese school, by virtue of distance/ address, those who stay in lakefront, seg, lake point will almost guaranteed a place in the school...

If you exit from LakePoint, you will most likely be in the same direction as coming from SEG (unless you want to go to SEG direction). Look at the map to get an idea. I'd say the congestion will depend on where the 'opening' between the two directions are put. From the LakeFront masterplan, there is one at every entrance (1 to school area, 1 to affordable homes area, 1 to Villa area)

Lakefront's lake and LakePoint construction site is already there. You'll get a better idea if you drive along that road. Anyway I would be more concerned about overflow of illegal parks from the LakeFront affordable homes, MutiaraVille and the vacant land next to Lake Point (more highrise = GG)

edit: I just found out that Luxstar's project is dead. Edited my comments to reflect this.

Yes... I realized it from the sale person at sale gallery. The selling price is below market price some more 3 storey, guard and gated. That is why it is so hot for this Lake Point Residence..
