For Chimes to transact at 820K is a bit unrealistic..... even though I like the paper gain

But since Phase 4 already selling at 780K/820K.... I don't think so phase 5 with G&G will sell so cheap. As Rimbayu Phase 4 already set the benchmarking price, unless the market died, don't expect to sell at such 'cheap' price.

Any update on phase 3b sales?

Hmm if 860k for 23x75 than phase 4 a bit jialat... I think the 24x75 for phase 4 also selling 850-870 near the entrance ...

Phase 5, 23x75, from 860k, strata title

Of coz unit direction, location eg. near Kawasan lapang factors pay bit more

Shouldnt be high as the phase 5 not big compound, heard there is small park.
Also heard most phase 5 unit direction East west but I doubt ijm not so lut lut gua....

RM350 is a big high for me..... I'm not so sure about other strata unit? Is it more or less the same?

Depends. But I can say now more ppl love strata title more and mostly can afford.
But I still got some of friend not willing pay so high monthly commitment for whole life. So both still having own lover.

Without compare difficult to judge..... besides strata vs individual title, how about the build up, design, ..... Really make ppl difficult to judge......

Anyway, I already make my choice, no more U turn now .....

More people prefer strata over individual title for security reason. But what is the different if individual title area got fence up?

Which one would you prefer?
