i asked them to visit rimbayu, then only they say, wah very nice! how come I don't know? I already bought cyber one?!!

The first time i go.. we drove into the lalang (follow GPS), deep inside the wood...

ask the construction worker over there, where is rimbayu? he pointed into the jungle.. (I think he heard where is lembu?)

then we drove inside the jungle.. until there's no more road.. i still walk inside.. until...i finally realized it's not there..

drive back out.. then want to call rimbayu office.. no line!~!

since then my friend always said rimbayu = lembu place.. lol and always complain very far..
but in fact, it's not that far if not because of the trip into that jungle

Rimbayu is built with the concept of crime prevention ( i forgot the exact name)..the road, light, etc etc...so if fence and guard is up....i can't see why ppl wont buy here...with the benefit of individual title...cheaper maintenance fees...

I also believe the appreciation will be high...

Agree with Eastken, basically ppl is looking for gated and guarded, but they might not know strata/individual...difference... so when they heard about individual f&g, with lower price + lower maintenance... they will still like it...

Anyway...do consider the concept of a good...or even great township...green environment...good developer...

TA has to say cheaper price, 800k, because they don't want ppl to buy rimbayu house first, register for TA first.. if A LOT of ppl register, then the final price could be higher one.. if they say 900k++, all buy rimbayu liao.. who want to wait?

yaya, if phase 1 selling super fast (should be lesser unit in that case), and phase 2 make it a high price, also will create an illusion: wah the price of houses in TA raise a lot! worth buying!.. hehe

If TA sell G&G for 800k, i guess is limited units, so ppl who can't get it will buy rimbayu phase 3 & 4.. lol..

Or ppl who prefer individual title will still choose phase 3 & 4, the build-up/land size for phase 3 & 4 is quite large ler..

It's all about how you think.. you can keep on being negative about everything... or you can adapt to the environment, do your part, choose what is the best for you..

Instead of doing all those, I choose to pick a home in Malaysia, with green environment, nice & safe environment, try to earn more money without forgetting the good part of me(human), be a good people, spread the positive energy, help ppl around....

Eg: help poor ppl, donate money, help ppl that face problem/difficulties, help neighbour when they have problems..

I believe this is what rimbayu will be in the future.. a good neighbourhood..

The last event that IJM organized, the Sun Tzu talk, is all about being a good ppl, good neighbour, good family man...

If everyone start thinking positively, one day it will change, the world will change, do not give up!

Honestly it's a very tight schedule.. if contractor delay (which usually happen a lot) or other factor... i suggest u find a backup plan...maybe can temporary stay at friend 's house if delay? Or find a place to rent temporary... maybe just rent a room or two...with cheaper rate..i think ibilik.com.my got? Or... just maybe.. u can ask ask Chimes owner, first phase see if anyone not moving yet and willing to let u stay temporary? Or pay a bit?

But phonix is right, plan earlier for renovation, do the big one first, the small one even if u move in already still can continue no worry...

as for me, i will feel not worth if moving from a dsl to another dsl (which is more far away from town) just for F&G or G&G, and slightly bigger sqft... hehehe that's why in the end i choose Periwinkle..

Even though it's super expensive (kind of unaffordable).. huhu~
