Anyway i hope my future neighbourhood..ppl talking with each other, greeting say hi...helping each other ..be considerate....that's the most most important thing...like my place now...so nice...

There is a car with three ppl inside, for quite some time already,quite suspicious...neighbour saw it, straight away report police, then ppl are discussing outside about the incident,police come really quick surrounding the car....huhuu...nice!!! Not gated n guarded but with the help of everyone ...touchwood my house never has anything stolen before in 5 years...even if we forgot to close the gate sometimes....

I think first phase more investors /flippers....because it's quite cheap that time...<600k?..those ballot....just don't know where r they only...haha..hopefully they will join Ra and agree wif fence...or if they sell, the new owner will agree for fencing also....

basically when i buy, i don't have 10% to make down payment, have to refinance
i can't afford to pay monthly installment, even if now, pay current house after refinance, also struggling
don't have extra money for renovation
no extra money for emergency, but got buy insurance..

so i guess i'm playing with fire, don't learn from me tongue.gif

i still have 1.5 years or lesser to come out with the solution... (must talk lesser here already tongue.gif )

i'm not ready, but don't want to wait.. after 2 years.. also can't afford one..
i plan to buy this, and push myself to work harder & think of solution!..

I think investors will turn up? As setting the RA and guard is a must, fencing is free,why not? With fencing, definitely the price will grow a lot more higher..if confirm without fencing, even sell also could be hard unless super cheap...

i agreed part of it... Anyway, I think since first/second phase, very good respond (almost BBB for non-bumi units), and then 3rd phase A also finished.. don't think they will do an even bigger stuff/WOW event.. Maybe they can just focus on getting all the infrastructure ready (eg: the road to BSP, gettting more plants ready, start the commerical earlier.. making sure WCE on time.. then definitely the sales will improve, making sure the Fence & Guard is sponsored by them, etc etc).

However.. IF the sales of phase 3B and Phase 4 & 5 are slow.... We don't have to worry, because they will be more worried than us... LOL.. if all buyers choose tropicana AMAN and ecoSanctuary .. then we might see more WOW events, and big marketing strategy coming.. tongue.gif

Don't think such a big developer will want their project to go slow... Let's see?

So far I feel they are quite a good one.. (as long as I don't compare with the.. probably BEST developer, EcoWorld in Malaysia now)...

Still prefer them to focus on getting/sponsor fence & guard for phase 1, making sure UNIFI/other telco is ready, making sure plants are all there, road, shops, making sure buyer happy with the end product...... (Then I think without 'WOW' effect, ppl still will come and buy...that's for sure..

If you invite wang li hong, but give me a house with a lot of defect, a lot of problem.. i won't want, unless wang li hong stay in my house for a month.. then diff la.. but in this case i prefer Jolin.. cos wang li hong will only benefited my wife...

my friend who stayed at KK said now it's getting lesser.. last time he bought 2 airfilter..lol

When i go rimbayu (non haze season), i didn't smell anything, didn't think the air is poluted... (maybe can check with others), same also when i go KK

During haze season I didn't go, because my house, puchong, KL, everywhere is already quite hazy
