Actually 22x70 is my very min requirement due to only 2 of us plus my bro is staying and as long as, can park 2 cars side by side comfortably. In this case, Damai Residence by Paramount, haha.

Perhaps Phase 5 and Tropicana Aman, both below RM 900k and proper G&G suit me well because I know I not afford get Eco Sanctuary for luxury living.

Damai residence, i heard last time flood? now still got or not? i also heard the house quality not very nice, my friend staying at another one just beside this, paramount also (kemuning utama residence is it?), house crack, tiles crack.. many problems.. but if secondhand problem already fix la, but only recently the tiles upstair cracked.. lol
if you buy year end, then can wait and see if Chimes manage to get fence up. If manage, then can buy
But i believe the price will rise a bit la.. but will still be cheaper than G&G i guess...
if can get F&G with lower maintenance fees & cheaper house price, why not?
