i also not sure if it's good design, washing machine outside, lol i think as long as it's covered then should be okay, but i think it will be good to have a place for u to do laundry, including hand wash ... think so hav to do it in toilet...

In the future i think AI will hav another road... none toll to reach...shah alam i believe forgot which area but to the west i think...is it useful compare to rimbayu that will have road access to bsp near cyber and putra heights and make it closer to puchong as well? Anyway I'm not sure if rimbayu new road will have toll or not...lol

U can decide it for urself...i just feel rimbayu is beautiful and will be a nice place to stay in the future... or maybe even in two years time...

Yes, about same range, depends on how u do it also....usually concrete more expensive than normal tiles, but don't forget there r expensive tiles as well...

There's pros and cons i guess...
Pros: Will increase the population at rimbayu, and hopefully bring up the commercial?
It means Selangor government focus on this area, which is good for buyer
Ijm take care of medium/low income group

Cons:
Future buyer...how? Will they stop buying when heard of low cost/medium cost? This area is near to which phase? Will it affect that phase? Will the price drop?

It's all question mark because I'm not sure...haha

In my opinion, you can still drive to putra heights, take lrt to klcc, i think single line no need to change train. Or drive using MEX, and forgot what highway, pay more toll but i believe can reach within 1 hour even peak hours...

Actually even if you are staying puchong, peak hours, it's all car, from klcc u need longer to reach home even though nearer...

Of course maybe if u stay north of selangor or pj then will be better... but more expensive

I really really like this design, unfortunately my wife think it's not very practical.. hmmmm
not enough cupboard to keep kitchen stuff...

but it feel so ... cool.. so modern and with that design, don't feel like going out/cafe anymore !
