ermm not entirely extended... if type A slight more extended.. but still have a little land at the back and side ( L shape land).. but it definitely has less land compared to scarlet 24x70

5 ft land is really ..... If you go for extend, seems like not worth it. Spend a lot just for that little build up.....

most of developer will left 5ft extra land at the back... depend on unit size, 75ft and 80ft quit nice & might not to do anything at the back... maybe can tanam sayur... but for 70ft, total built up not so big, might need to extend in the future even though only 5ft extra...

For my unit, I didn't plan to do any renovation at the back. I find that it is really not justify to pay so much for a small additional to the build up.

My existing house is extend by 5". Can squeeze in a small area for wet kitchen.

This means 1 person can work comfortably but if 2 person, harder to cross tat area.

Yeah. Reno time will be fun, but gotto folk out lot of money yeh.

renovation will be fun, but think of the money going to fork out......

tile it up... put a nice roof and fan.. put a table... drink tea and blow water with friends

But at the back of the house like a bit weird, You just see others 'backside'.....
