I just came across rimbayu showcase in ONE U, I did not really ask more from the SA as they are busy entertaining others.  The prices if I can remember was from 8XX k, anybody know the price for a Corner lot for Phase 5 ?

I am working in ONE U area, how long it takes to travel if any body work around here as well.

I believe that's for the last unit of 22x80 type b? If so then after factor in all the rebates the nett increase in price from the last bumi release is about 24k.. And with about 6 month apart.. Assuming 1.6k interest per month...that comes to about 10k saving... So nett nett inky 14k increase .... So I think quite good with all the easy ownership scheme...is the tikam promotion still on ?

Agree..price is just one part if it..more details will have to wait till they launch in april/march😄 but looking at the master plan of Ta and Rimbayu... I strongly believe canal city will be a very vibrant and beautiful township!!! Most probably better than Kota kemuning Liao 😄

tats y many units available with this price tag lo. The cluster phase 2 not even moving at all with 920k. I thk eco sanctuary will have similar price tag too.

Hmm, they marketed ESanc as one grade higher than Eco Majestic township.

EM spec already looks quite good and better than BR most phases beside the number of units per precinct is not low.

ESanc would be much bigger size than EM or even BR and much better specs, so it would be diff market.
