Any phase 2 owner here who is not planning to tile up the courtyard ?

1) ive discovered a lot of interesting places/facts with wikimapia 
unlike google map, wikimapia was founded in Russia 

2) also notice its not far from dengkil  Rimbayu <-> (with cyberSouth by MCT @dengkil )

Just curious about the asking price via iproperty and propwall ...

Previously, the ads for Chimes and Perennia were all over RM 800k-850k but when I used my friend's HP and called, found some agents actually dont have concrete info of the units selling and exact price.

Until my friend , whom I recommend him to take a look into Bdr Rimbayu, checked last 2-3 weeks, agents dropped the asking price to RM 750-800k and now he told me, the ads asking price reduce from RM 700-750k and under nego to secure this price range for him.

It would be excellent buy for him if he able to find a unit btw RM 700-750k

As for the courtyard, I was thinking to use Sea theme in livinghall, blue, then the courtyard make it like an island...lollll so it was like I'm in the island everyday....
Not sure if small coconut tree can be planted....
