The Elite link/access is being built, would be completed in 2 yrs My opinion - 1 of the 1.8M unit is VERY near a surau site, the other 1.8M unit is about 500m from a proposed BIG Mosque (could be advantage or disadvantage depending on personal opinion) - Its single storey, high ceiling only for the living hall - Built up is 2030sqft, hence it looks pretty SMALL - THe main entrance is located at the side, u drive in from the gate, and walk to the side to enter your house - You can park about 4 cars infront, but its gonna be TIGHT, 2 cars would be more comfy - Bad point is, your neighbours will all look DOWN on you since their is double stry - 2nd Bad point, though the land is BIG, its distributed AROUND the house, hence it looks small, you dont get a nice bid area to play with I dont think I will get it.... but the wife spotted another Semi D unit there with 6000+ land... so we are considering that.... but PeriWinkle is 7km from the Kota Kemuning 2nd roundabout...... that's pretty far.. and is currently the MAIN consideration.. if it was in KK... I would have booked it on the spot.. Hahaha, let wife make decision lo... |
