When ES bought over the land from Tropicana, it is stated clearly that the low cost requirement is to be fulfilled by Tropicana.  With the HTC plus the low cost units, how TA wants to position itself compared with BR?  ES is sure targeting the premium market.

Visit chimes recently, the main entrance design so so oni, the building facade looks so so oni. Somemore the perimeter fence dunno when can be erected. Landscape also so so oni. I dun think IJM did a good job for the first phase.

I don't think ijm will build permanent guard house n boom gates after vp. if they want to build they can build frm day 1 since they have all purcharsers concern on the allowable of security. The only pending now is on the perimeter fence Where the residents need to setUp the RA and Submit the application to local authority.
