Wow. Thats a bit lower than what we heard previously.

Few spoke to me previous months that it would be RM 800k onwards. I always replied Tropicana would never sell cheaper or fairer but surely price above competitors.

Anyway, all still pending finalization I think. Wisteria respond definitely caused them to reconsider the pricing nicely to the market.

If really RM 750k, maybe size or built up changed or reduced to scale the price point.

20x70? I think it would be too small for a tropicana product.

actually developer can do it advance, get the signature from the buyers then apply through local council, before VP, can built the fence and guard house, not need wait until VP then only do it..

yes i am refering even custom made ones. The strings that i am mentioning is the ones dropping down for you to pull the blinds up and down, not those holding the blinds.

Just visited perennia show unit. The sunroof really let in a lot of light for the intermediate units. But the plastic tiles roof look cheap. Maybe i will change it to tempered glass for all the tiles thr to let in more light.

The indoor courtyard is a headache. Not sure wht to do with it or cover it up to have bigger space. Any creative ideas anyone?

I also find the garbage bin storage area at the front gate have quite an awkward design. Not so easy accessible by garbage man. I think i will redesign that area.

And guess wht i saw just after passing the rimbayu roundabout.... A small wild boar! Crossing the road from ES land towards the river. So cute but meaning their home will be destroyed soon 😞

one small note... one of the SA told me that Rimbayu will be having a small party in March for Chimes VP.. they will try to get everyone to give their consent to erect the perimeter fencing during the party... so rimbayu is doing all that they can to get the entire rimbayu Fenced and gated... well as of now they do sound sincere... lets see how it goes in 2 months time

I just came back from there too..never thought the township that far but that will be settle soon with new interchange highway behind..

With my budget i only can go with scarlet.unfortunately no showhouse for this and the car porch roof design weird too,got a feeling owner will extend the master room in the future..

A good start for the township with delivery of vacant possession of the 1st phase of the units.  Sth worth for IJM to throw a party to celebrate with the 1st phase owners. 

Hope VP in March is confirm. We've done arrangement for our grill, kitchen cabinet & wardrobe people to come in April. After rectifying the defects of course.
