Agreed. Yes, even Eco Sanctuary also adjusting their size or build up now.
but 22x75 should be 800k onwards for tropicana, if really 750k, it would be 20x70.
Same with your opinion, tropicana never sell cheap.

Yes, once vped. developers will arrange AGM to setup RA and committee, so get not sure 80%/85% people signed then go local council to apply fencing up with boom gate. Developer will build for it.

This is new township, bascially IJM will assist for this boom gate and fencing too, But RA play more important role. Because developer plan do it at the begining, but local council need RA perform this request.
But very much depends on local council.

Chimes and Periwinkle - having shot units.
Perennia - having bare show units (means no renovation, the actual units deliver in actual site)
Scarlet - no show units.

easy entry package should be some rebate like free legal fees and etc.

Hahaha. Yes, got referral scheme and you can play tikam, rebate up to 8K.
I think no 0% DP. now should be all fees is free, only loan stamp duty need to pay.
But you might pay a visit there 1st and ask for more info, very nice township.

Not sure others, but i think i decide buy a house is more than the township, environment, price or location first.
Will not really look into design/spec first. because this still up to preference and can be renovate.
