QUOTE(jubz @ Dec 16 2014, 11:07 PM) I don't mean to pour cold water but you sound like you bought the place ... without doing proper research on the location and accessibility. Personally I don't think MS has the 'responsibility' to build an interchange just for this place ... unless the interchange was marketed with the masterplan (example: SEG, Southville City Bangi) For comparison purpose: I work in Cyberjaya, family in PJ, but I rather rent a place in Cyberjaya compared to travelling daily. I was confuse how come the MEX highway is so far away from GP, how come now only realize.. But now I remember, because of the proposed skiproad informed by the MH sales person will direct lead to MEX, so when time passed, I forgot it's a proposal, not yet done one >_< haihzzz ... Die la this time

I have sent my concern to Mah Sing cuatomer service, MPS & Setia Haruman, by email in their website, none of them have response toward me..... Well, I think the only way to get the Skip Road is wait for future development such as MCT Skypark and Cyberjaya City Centre, another 5-10 years ba... Disappointed !!

QUOTE(chiefy @ Dec 23 2014, 03:14 PM) Good/Bad News! It looks like GP will give VP (come with furnishing) on time in March 2015! Ngam Ngam before I claim LAD. They are already decorating some of the units.. apparently. This come from the Manager in charge. Wah so fast ? Cannot be !! I don't believe... I think base on Current progress, at least May-Jul only can VP, not even finish building the top floors la, some more furnishing install, at least 6 months ba..

QUOTE(gu~wak_zhai @ Jan 10 2015, 09:45 PM) Are they beginning to construct the slip road to MEX highway? From here you can see the roads are likely to form, which is connecting to MEX. This is in front of the MKN Embassy Tech Zone, near University Islam Malaysia. I don't get it, meaning if we get out from GP, turn left to Persiaran APEC, then turn right into LKW area? I don't think Mah Sing give a dam on this, probably MCT ? Ermm hope have more news

QUOTE(Cabinda @ Jan 11 2015, 08:47 PM) probably are the MEX connecting to Airport that they proposed earlier? Quote from the news:- Maju Expressway Sdn Bhd (MEX), which owns the concession for the KL-Putrajaya Highway (MEX) is undertaking a study to construct an 18km extension from its Putrajaya interchange to KLIA (MEX2 highway).
The phase two of the highway was projected to cost about RM1bil to build. If approved, MEX claimed that its highway will provide the fastest route to KLIA from the Kuala Lumpur city centre.
Maju Expressway Sdn. Bhdhas decided to construct the Deferred Section 3 which is part of the Concession Agreement. The 16km long of the Expressway will begin at PutrajayaToll Plaza and end at KLIA Expressway. It has one interchange at PutrajayaInterchange, One exit and entry ramps and one toll plaza and supervision building. HSSI was appointed to carry out detail engineering design for Civil, Structural and Mechanical & Electrical Works of the project. Thanks for sharing Meaning GP is benefit from this? GP can straight way escape to MeX without going thru 10km? Anyone can share with map??? Please ... If I'm free, will go to GP to find out more

QUOTE(Cabinda @ Jan 12 2015, 11:28 AM) Had gone thru some study, this MEX enhancement to KLIA, I don't really see the actual info that this will help GP, but the info from Gu Wak Zai, hopefully there will be a short cut make for GP.. That's all we want, If MEX to KLIA is form and no benefit to GP.. Then no point also...

QUOTE(Cabinda @ Jan 16 2015, 03:35 PM) But don't forget no matter how many slip road/interchange, u still need to use persiaran APEC... So for me, it's not much different... U can save some KM but don't think u can save the time... » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «
No lor... This interchange is savior of resident who lives in GP and GR... So 10-2.7km = 7km !! So GP is the closest to MEX and LDP entrance.. Best news in this tread.

QUOTE(Cabinda @ Jan 16 2015, 06:26 PM) I'm looking further ahead when ppl tend to move in more at cbj.. for now of coz the traffic arent that bad... what about 5 years or 10 years later? you will have same flow like now? convince yourself that after 5 to 10 years, the slip/interchange road will advance a little and better accessibility? No matter what, better than nothing... although a little better... but not really great for me... As u claimed you stay long time in cbj, so have u notice the growing population in cbj? or you notice no growing population at all even after 5 to 10 years stay? thats why u claim cbj will never have traffic issue? there will be around 30 000 residential units complete next 3-5 years.. 15k night population right now.. and they expecting 100k population in 2016/7, so will the traffic flowing free like now? when cbj fully develop they target 240k ppl in cbj... so how? think yourself.. No people now also problem, next time got people also problem .. Haihzz

QUOTE(Cabinda @ Jan 17 2015, 04:20 PM) i think many didnt look closely at GR and GP connectivity carefully...no matter how u explain they still claim GR and GP have the best connectivity.. no problem man.. not i stay there... u feel convenient then convenient lor... then let the time tell.... no point talking when its not happen yet.. just see how it is after 5-10 yrs... 5-10 years.. This is a long measurement, many things will happen. GP will be ready by this year, so this interchange will definely benefit for those who travel to PJ & KL to work for now. Even in the future when Cyberjaya becomes developed, only GP,GR, Skypark and CCC resident will use this interchange, for the rest of the projects in Cyberjaya town, they are unlikely to use this interchange because is further for them, so they will use the one near the D pulse side. Nevertheless, by Travelling distance, the fact is that GP & GR is nearest to the entrance of LDP & MEX. I will go and check it out tomorrow and update here

QUOTE(Cabinda @ Jan 18 2015, 07:32 AM) toll free from persiaran multimedia to LDP... and less KM from persiaran multimedia to LDP if heading to the same location, KM difference are 800m.... nearest entrance to MEX if walking, but if drive its not the nearest.. Aiyoyo, it seems you are so familiar lor, Why use Jalan Puchong from P Multimedia to LDP? You are passing Bandar Nusaputra + small factories + numbers of traffic light + jam in Jalan Puchong. I think the best choice is you better use P APEC, pass GP then only masuk LDP As for MEX, I will go figure out the new interchange, I won't simply be bias over here

QUOTE(Cabinda @ Jan 18 2015, 03:39 PM) Nope.. there is no jam.. i can route peacefully daily... i find its more convenient to route it that way.. if you're going to kg baru puchong, yes, it will be jam waiting for traffic light, if u go into LDP its still good.. can by pass the jam.. and the traffic light arent that bad... you dont wait as long as the traffic light at persiaran multimedia.. persiaran multimedia traffic light really need to recalculate.. the timing are not good... last few years i'm using apec-gr-ldp, after i discover Bandar Nusaputra + small factories + numbers of traffic light + Jalan Puchong, i never use apec-gr-ldp anymore... coz i feel its very very far by using apec-gr-ldp... You stay in Cyber & work in Puchong area? I'm not sure about the centre part of Cyberjaya, but getting into LDP & SKVE from GP, no traffic light, no other projects.. Easy Nie.

I tested the sliproad around LKM to Persiaran Puralink (MEX), currently under construction.... Sooooooo happy as for the way going there, not complicated at all, the only remaining question now is, is it one way out to putrajaya link only ? Or cars from putrajaya link can come in too? Meaning both ways. From the road structure, it seems like only allow cars to get out to putrajaya link, it's just a simple interchange, no bridge from the outside to come in, if this is true, then future 5-10 years traffic won't be that bad lor... Anyone have information to share ?

QUOTE(gu~wak_zhai @ Jan 19 2015, 05:09 PM) Guys, I appreciate your reply in this thread but please leave your personal preference to yourself unless you have solutions or suggestions to help out other owners here. No point going to dedicated thread to bash a project and praise another right? I'm sure all owners of GP know the pros and cons of this project. This thread is dedicated for us owners to discuss and solve any problems now and in the future and I would like to keep the thread clean. It'll be great if we can keep the thread clean and not so many of "this is better than that" or whatever. Cool? Gu Kor, you are right, different people have different preference and buying power ability for property selection. I just don't know why people just give comment like this as if we made a deadly terrible mistake, I'm happy to get my first property here, and I will do anything to make this place Ok to live by allocate problems and finding solutions. So it will be beneficial to other owners, not limit to GPGR , also other developing projects and so we can all live happily together ! Also GP owners will be the first few batch people to increase the targeted new population in Cycberjaya, our feedback is important !
