Can this mobo support PCI VGA? I just bought a PCI VGA, but it cant be detected when i put into my mobo...
The PCI VGA is Trident TGUI9680-1. I'm still looking for the drive for this VGA, but seems like is not easy to find an ancient VGA's drive...

im using s3virge PCI as my backup VGA...detected n run well..np

do u need to install any drive or it install automatically? Coz mine 1 cant be detected, wonder izit i need to install the drive 1st....
the card seller(not from this forum) told me that it can be detected and no problem at all... erm....

so the max vdimm of this board is 2.2v right?
if pencil mod the board got problem can warrantty?
i mean i din tell them i pencil modd ?

the latest bios is still the official 119 and the beta 119rh2 on january.

as for mine...winXP will auto detect it..no prob..

yes...between 2.18v-2.2v...any hardware mods will void ur warranty...if u didn't tell them...wish luck they wont detect it lor..

okok what will do with new bios, as i know new bios is just fix bug and support new hardware rght ?

i find this site provide the official and moded bios. im not very good at oc'ing, so i don't really know the special features on beta bios. i just download them and follow the guides..

Depends to ur budget.. if underRM400 then 965PT is one of the best.
RM800 or more then go for Asus Commando..

Gigabyte is good.. but not outstanding. Just my opinion.
Asus is still the best i think..

Vrdoop is terrible on Asus board, including striker range. If you don't do vdroop mod, you can't go far.

I'll play with Asus today with the vdroop mod. Let's see how far this board can go with copper NB and a modded vdroop.

NB is still hot for Biostar on our country, need either to change NB heatsink or use a fan to blow it.

bro, just need small fan to blow. Mine using 80mm fan with stock HS. Running really cool, even using max vMCH.
