the entire place is actually a respectable size and good selection of goods

The opening time is a little too late for Ppl to shop for fresh food... Maybe in future they will change it? Now due to low population there...

Report from THE EDGE this week . In conclusion :

Statistik yang disediakan oleh PA international property consultant mengatakan bahawa incoming supply to cyberjaya adalah terdiri daripada :
- condominium : 6k unit ( 2015-2018 )
- serviced apartment : 5k unit ( 2015-2018)
- SOHO : 4k ( 2015-2017 )
- teraced house / superlink : 800 ( 2015-2017 )
- semi-D : 416 ( 2015 - 2017 )
- bungalows : 35 ( 2015-2017 )

Permintaan sedia ada ( existing supply ) pula mengikut laporan METRO homes adalah sebanyak 10,000 bagi kediaman dan 600 untuk commercial..

So, overall supply by 2017-2018 kalau buat kiraan sendiri adalah 26,000 untuk kediaman..mengikut Setia Haruman ( master developer ) ,mereka target penduduk cyberjaya hanya untuk 100-150k sahaja pada tahun 2020 untuk menjadikan cyberjaya sebagai low-density township...adakah stigma OVERSUPPLY akan berlaku?

saya sukakan pembangunan cyberjaya atas beberapa sebab :
- pembangunan bandar moden terancang. 50% untuk projek pembangunan dan 50% untuk kehijauan
- bersebelahan dengan pusat pentadbiran NEGARA . Memudahkan kerja yang melibatkan hal birokrasi.
- bersebelahan dengan matured township iaitu seri kembangan dan puchong
- jarak hanya 28km ke KLIA
- jarak hanya 35km ke KL golden triangle.
- jaringan lebuhraya yang banyak : MEX , SKVE , PLUS , Damansara-puchong ,
- public transport : ERL , free shuttle bus
- high-speed internet : boleh download movie banyak2..hehe
- banyak local mall/ mart dan 1 mall super besar iaitu IOI city mall.
- township paling mustahil ( insyaALLAH ) untuk putus bekalan elektrik dan air kerana menempatkan pusat-pusat database yang penting bukan saja malaysia malah dunia
- bank-bank utama ada branch : Cimb , maybank , hsbc , bank rakyat , affin .
- masjid cyberjaya dalam pembinaan.
- 3 hospital kerajaan utama iaitu Hospital Putrajaya dengan jarak 7km , Institut cancer negara bersebelahan dengan Hosp. Putrajaya dan Hospital Serdang dengan jarak 17km
- Future private hospital near The Arc and future Klinik Kesihatan Cyberjaya

PALING UTAMA : dapat jimat bil air sebab dapat free 20L. ( so,pandai2 la nak pangkah sapa next election.hehe.. )

Negatif pula :
- tiada pasar malam . Paling dekat pasar malam putrajaya
- tiada warung-warung makanan
- banyak traffic light dalam jarak berdekatan
- banyak university dalam radius berhampiran
- ramai pelajar asing

Game changer :
- MRT line extension ( setia haruman tengah lobi )
- high speed rail KL-singapore . Ini confirm stop kat putrajaya.
- MEX exit equine . Ini harap spill over effect

Harapan :
1. kalau ada theme park UPIN IPIN kat cyberjaya,confirm naik lagi....sapa ada cable pi lobi LES COUPAQUE.hehe...
2. Public library yang canggih macam perpustakaan raja tun uda kat shah alam...

the reported numbers are excluding the existing, completed properties?

Just the Arc and Domains alone already ribu-ribu units....

where is 6k units of condo coming from? i thought there are more than 10k of soho/service aprtm and only a few condo..
