Thanks guys! Some sane discussion here. For the statistic from The Star Property, were those confirmed signed/tenanted price or just rental price that owners were hoping to get.

IMHO, it is very difficult to gauge occupancy because nobody is responsible to report their units are tenanted or just for own stay.

As for "market price of rental" for XYZ Soho Apt, I hope nobody just quote from iProp or Propwall. It is better to have a smaller sample from actual owners who have successfully rented their units but I guess not many of them are in this forum.

new in this tread...and totally no knowledge on CJ. Office moving there next year...so considering getting a place there. Hope the expert here can recommend place to check out......
Can be either landed or high rise. If landed...need to be G&G, but don't need big house...best around 2k sf in G&G.
If Condo...then prefer low density and high end type...any recommendation?

Sorry for the noob question....any possibilities of MRT2 coming here?

Go check out the IOI city mall guys. Think this mall will somehow help boost the property prices in Cyberjaya.

Btw, it seems really close to go to this mall from Garden Residence as it should be around 6~8km which is now a plus point to the Garden Residence owners.

ya, currently seems quite a few gurus touting cyberjaya as a good investment hotspot..

dun know lah but i just dont get it still ..if you are working there it will also make sense to stay there
but many are choosing to stay nearby in puchong for eg due to the wide amenities..Cyberjaya on the other hand
looks rather dead to me..yes, there are more development now but i reckon it will take a few more years to get it really moving..maybe the new ioimall in putrajaya will boost the population growth

Of course if the guru says hold for ten years, then ok lah - by that time your prop should at least double in value ..
..slowly but surely so to speak..

one new chinese school will not do it - there need to be more catalysts..
