i believe yes... population will pick up in no time... just look at shaftbury, cbd, old town area.. quite crowded at night....

cbj is definitely more livable now compared to last year. night population has been increasing steadily but i think the new malls will be a catalyst to attract more

my major concern is the lost of tranquility cbj is so famous for. i guess not for long

is it true if population high, crime rate will be high too?

it's almost synonymous with growth unfortunately

there are robbery stories emerging lately in cbj

perhaps to many negros?

dunno how to define safest....instead, cyberjaya jaya has the lowest crime rate

in future not sure...after the population grow up....
