There'll be malls coming to Cyber, some wit cinemas n good retailers PropertyGuru.com:n terms of commercial real estate, Cyberjaya has seen a plethora of launches with more to come. They include Skypark Mall, The Place, Glomac Cyberjaya, Shaftsbury retails, Vita Courtyard Plaza, CyberSquare Retails, Garden Plaza Retails, Centrus Shopping Mall, Gem’In Mall - Mutiara Ville, Tamarind Garden Mall and the six- storey hypermarket Star Central.

There is also the Pangaea Shopping Mall called Gallery, the D’ Pulze Mercato Shopping Mall (370,000 sq ft), Eminent Ace’s Shopping and Street Mall, along with a planned Commercial Mall at Setia EcoGlades.

me myself working in Subang, staying in PJ and must go Midvalley at least once a month, wont stay in Cyber now, but in future might reconsider when at least 5 malls coming in there. ady hv some units there fr investment, bt to me it's future story. Cyber vs Puchong/PJ/KL still consider very much less traffic. just hoping Gvnt do sumthing to avoid oversupplying like Iskandar, but shocked me there r a lot of new beautiful concept landed n condos in Cyber! will only complete next 3,4 years bt Cyber might surprisingly embark as the most beautiful city in KL/Selangor in far future, who knows

Just out of curiosity, when people say Cyberjaya is a dead town. What do they actually meant by it?

At present moment, CBJ has :

F&B : 2 starbucks, burger king, KFC, Pizza Hut, countless eating places, Top mamak restaurants in business : Kayu, Pelita etc. D pulze mall with TGV, Bowling, Celebrity Fitness, plus additional future malls, close proximity to IOI Mall. Shaftsbury...( heck a lot more )

3 Lakes : Cyberjaya/Putrajaya Lake, Lake Front/Point Lake, Cyber Park Lake

Hotels : Cyberview Lodge, Tune Hotel, Tanya Suites, etc

24 Hours Close Circuit Surveillance In Placed ( not sure efficacy of this, but sounds cool tho` )\

Police Station/ Fire Station ( bigger than my hometown in Ampang )

Major International Companies ( HP,IBM,Shell,BMW, Google,etc - Sounds like Silicon Valley )

International Education Hub : MMU, CUCMS, SEGI soon, UIA, Kirkby

MAGIC ? ( don't know what this is - but friggin BARACK OBAMA in his BEAST(limo) visited Cyberjaya. Hahaha. this alone would increase the land value TEN FOLD! )

Above all,
Nice well planned development, systematic, beautiful architecture, nice landscapping and clean enviroment.

If by all means, prefer to keep the current situation this way.
Less traffic, clean non polluted air (compared to other Klang Valley spots)

Now, if go back to my home town in Ampang, Kemensah. To go to KLCC would take 20-30mins depending on traffic jams (made worst peak hours, raining, stall car, accidents, etc...)

Nearest starbucks in Ampang point/KCC
Almost all the time noisy, busy, cars honking, polluted air and such.

Hats off to those who like/revere those kind of environment.
Just don't get the point. Hope sifus can enlighten the definition of dead town.
Peaceful/Quiet town for now..hopefully it last long at the very least.

Tamarind shoplot of course damn potential la...u see how many high density high rise there lik pigeon hole pangeae, the arc, mutiara ville, cyberia...safe bet for commercial lot....tamarind suite no comment too many studio selection...

Yeah... 2018 is too long... Result will be seen in 2017, and 2020 it will be completely different story... Other place very expensive .. No money to vest.. Cyber cheaper mah... rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif
