Eat whatever u want as long as you're in a calorie deficit, just be sure u know the calorie content in the food u choose to eat (a burger , etc .)

QUOTE(GameFr3ak @ Nov 10 2014, 09:00 AM) rice is actually OK..because our body needs sufficient amount of carbs to have energy ma...however...extra intake in our body that is not converted to energy will turn to fat ... so eat just enough...so for those who wants to reduce weight..just reduce la..from eating one full plate..to half a plate.... |

Rice or not, regardless of any amount, the key to fat loss is caloric deficit. |

I've read about fast/slow metabolism and the result of their test is that the difference is only about 300 calories lower/higher between the two. Since you're a doctor, I assume that you don't do much physical work outside of the gym. So wtf? Tapeworms? |

Yep that is metabolism only. Lets assume darky has fast meta thus +300.Since you're a doctor, I assume that you don't do much physical work outside of the gym. So wtf? Tapeworms? But remember he has a 1200 total. He's probabily very near his genetic limit thus carry ALOT of muscle mass compared to anyone else here. Muscle is very expensive to the body cause it needs alot of cals to maintain it at rest too. Secondly, once again going back to his 1200lbs total. This means most likely he moves more than 100KGs for reps and sets even on his light days. Just imagine the amount of cals his workouts take compared to beginner trainees lik us. Both this factors combined... +?? Cals? I'm sure his calorie expendiature well covers his approx 800 cals from 4 rice plates. This post has been edited by Armesh: Nov 10 2014, 06:12 PM |

cal deficit and HP/LC will work because that ammonia smell coming out from your body will work its way by killing your appetite.
