rice is actually OK..because our body needs sufficient amount of carbs to have energy ma...however...extra intake in our body that is not converted to energy will turn to fat ... so eat just enough...so for those who wants to reduce weight..just reduce la..from eating one full plate..to half a plate....

You both are correct but half plate rice is overkill. I'm cutting on more than 4 plates rice daily. Sometimes I still feel like I'm dying.
