Not all buy house to stay till retirement 1 ma.. Some people like to have more option, i got house, i can choose to upgrade by selling the current and buy another one or i can keep it rent out and buy another one.. If not buy then somemore u have no say on the price up or down, u got to need good luck to secure ur roof with more downpayment, more monthly repayment, far away from city, and smaller as well.

I don't invest in midfield, but I have follow up this project, midfield 2 increase to 700k just a matter of time, don't forget Sg besi airport just less than a kilometer away, when midfield 1 vp, price increased to 350k +-, slowly increased to 400k and slightly above, u know why price jump to 500k and above?? Bcos launched of midfield 2.
By the way, are you trying to get my opinion or wanna bet?

dont you see, here only wanted ppl to buy, are you and they all just wanted ppl to buy.. dont you feel not worthy of the same price? you yourself bought new launch, advise ppl buy subsale?

Now he wanna buy at Cheras south later when he got job in Rawang he still travel 60-70Km daily to work.

Ah Bear Midfield 2 700K very possible oh ! Now many condo 750sf already selling 475K, some like Season Garden 770sf also selling like 450K, Midfield is like double the size so 700K why not ?

In future 1300sf is high income range liao, middle income lucky to get 500-600sf.

Midfield = City Centre
Goodview = Sub Urban or shall I says a bit ulu.

So don't expect same % gain.

Many condo also near HTC, I still see it sell like hotcake, Nirvana only hall mah, if you buy SG Long south maybe really near the real Nirvana Graveyard & Kajang Prison lah..kakaka

I buy subsales la, not worthy the price but i need it so i just happily pay for it la. I rent monthyl can pay lesser but i dont want to chase by owner later, that will be even more no face compare to buy a studio.. Iceman keep mentioning the defying gravity stuff u still dont get him.. Ur cash money is the 1 guarantee lose its value over the time.. U can choose to save for more year but at the end u put more on downpayment still deplete ur all ur saving.. Buy now reset to zero is better or buy 5years later then start ur saving from zero again? Money is urs nobody can prevent u to dump in more to get the same type of house..

Bearbear , no need argue haha..midfield 2 still have final block haven launch..

We will see the price whther can hit 600k anot...but if start from 580k I will going to buy again but not sure YTL allow me to buy anot since YTL only limit 1 name 1 unit for midfield project because demand is too great...

Can reach 700 anot 4 years later still hard to say, but I predict more than 600k...

Let's take mah sing lake view as example, 950 sq ft still got people buy at 650k above I also feel so surprise ..somemore with 1800 units..sometime property very hard to predict.

Drop or up i have not much feeling dy

Nirvana view , HTC or whatever shit u talk does not matter to me as long as I can profit from it...
