That explain why he got big hope on these newly vped properties.. Although everytime he also get the same dissapointed result with the price go up up an away.. Even some owner willing to let go at slightly below the rest, but he wanted 20% below the rest, owner give 10% below the rest already snap up by those who eye on it, no chance to drop further..

still on the question , couple who are not young , why do they prefer studio? unless they're young ? do not want to have children?

We choose projects with build up area. Use iproperty and average the advertised price on first page. So dont need to worry about the high floors low floors
