412k not really affordable scheme 😋

Dunno when is the bachelor enclave scheme 288 units on sales?!

Yeah, but 412k is still lower than market price around that area isn’t? Will it still be a good buy?

Is the bachelor enclave the tower next to the prima blocks?

You forgot to include PPAM in your consideration which is priced at least 50 pc lower.

Buy for self stay still ok geh. But if want buy for investment purpose will face stiff competition from PPAM la. Haha.

u 1000sq for 412k

confirm lose 112k to them already. (negative) rclxub.gif

they 10 year cant sell
but u 5 year only.. some plus point to u biggrin.gif

Depends on govt proposed affordable home policy will affect you or not.

if will affect, you really have no strength left to be compared to PPAM. lol.

No news for PPA1M Brickfields after a % of qualify applicants balloted (before the general election). Not sure about any site activity.
I would say is possible that PPA1M Brickfields being called off same fate like RUMAHWIP Putrajaya Sentral.

I asked prima about that too. They said it’s not under prima and so far no news about it yet. They only stated it has been approved to build that’s why they included that tower in the brochures.

Anyone here mind sharing with me what is the loan quantum you were offered and what’s the interest rates like? Stamp duties are waived, but legal fees for loan and SPA, roughly how much do we have to fork out in total?

Also, would appreciate for those who’ve signed SNP to share with me on the floorings and plug points. Like, are the bathrooms fully tiled till ceiling or just half? Thank you!
