Not sure how long would it take for you to walk to MV but you can actually walk to LRT Bangsar from here. It is not that far 

We have the same case as both are my lawyers as well.just now i called hedzril co. The lady said they are the adhoc and they would be happy to be the same for both agreements provided the bank request them to send the company profile to be the panel.

Saw piling rigs and cranes from Pintaras doing the piling and laying the foundation since last week. If it's going to be a high-rise, then those who bought the KL-facing units of this project will lose this view.

I saw there are still a few units left, mainly unit 12 at Block C. The unit is facing inwards. It is facing the common hall/space. I'm wondering why the previous buyers were reluctant to take on these units. What were theur concern when they got these units and released subsequently?

Went to the site, try the route to LRT Bangsar. Walkable, took me around 5min+ to the bridge that link to LRT before Alila link bridge. But I guess the area will be quite dark if walk at night. Should be around 400-500M

Talked to the security there, he says the construction has been halt already. Contractor didn't get paid for 7 months. According to him, probably, approximately RM 7m outstanding.

Hi, I  got a unit fr Pr1ma ofice recently.  I went to the site abt 5pm.  2 Indian guards was there. They said the project is ongoing and piling would be completed by end of Sept. Also this is a Govt project, how can it stop or fail. The neighbour project has been suspended.  He seems well informed.  So all you buyers have peace of mind.
