It depends, EM residents always use their own Lekas interchange to avoid the heavy traffic in this roundabout, choice is there... brows.gif brows.gif

Ecohill link will benefit the Semenyih people the most, from Pelangi Semenyih 1 & 2, bandar rinching, bandar tasik kesuma, Semenyih Parklands, etc... Semenyih old town people don't think will come to use the Ecohill link...

Lol... Don't think there is issue lah.. Villa impiana in Pelangi Semenyih 1 and Pelangi Semenyih 2 also can get the approval for fence and guarded, dun think there will be any issue there, unless some purchasers so SH to go MPKJ and make complaint loh... tongue.gif tongue.gif

SP Setia put in the marketing material DSL is single entry point for security, don't think they cannot manage it lah..

True.. after few days, everything back to square one, need to restart replying him A again, endless cycle. What for replying a troll, finally no outcome one, wasting of time.. They are neither interested or afford buying this particular property, why we need to share what we know with them, wasting effort only..

There are two ways to handle this kind of people:

1.) Let him be and ignore all the baseless, bias and useless comment..
2.) Become more troll than him / them

Sharing time taken from Lekas Semenyih exit to Tesco Kajang. Tesco kajang is about 100m away from the new Sungai Kantan MRT station... rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Travel during today (Friday) lunch time, time taken about 10 minutes..

Yes, I think the missing 2 feet at the lower floor has gone to terrace. that's why the width for the front section seems smaller compare to the rear..

Oh, really different.. Hmm.. but as usual, they put such disclaimer in the brochure "All plans, layout and specifications are subject to change and cannot form part of an offer or contract presentation"...

I think the drawing in SPA is the only legal binding document, but as a responsible developer, I think they should compensate the purchaser with the mistake they commit in the brochure too...

By the way, I think the perception of "small" for all the semiD cluster units mostly due to this terrace at the side of the house.

This terrace "eat up" 2 - 3 feet of your inner part of your house so that's why the inner house look small. When people look at the show houses, they should "add in" the terrace at the side into the "visualization", coz it is part of the buildup for the house.

If you look at the cradleton units, they don't have such issue, coz the terrace beside the house only "eat up" the place of the extra land beside the house (applicable for end lot and corner only anyway). So for the cradleton unit, they are truly have the layout of the width of either 20, 22 or 24 feet, though the extra land beside the house is smaller.

I presume EcoWorld also have aware on this, so that's why for Merrydale end lot and corner units, they give extra land of 2 feet, simply is because they don't want the terrace at the side "eat up" the space of the inner house and make the inner part of the house look small.

I feel awkward as well how could Cradleton and 2E and 2F units clearly indicate the actual width of the inner part of house in the brochure, but not for the 2A, 2B, 2C and 2D... doh.gif doh.gif

Perhaps anyone visit the show house can measure the "actual width" of the inner part of the houses for all the cluster units..

Any idea where's the flyover bridge in the second picture? Can't find it in the master plan.

The location of the bridge seems to me very close to the "central roundabout", is it rather a roundabout, SPS providing a flyover bridge instead? If really, then it is a superb good news for all the SEH and EM residents, as this overhead bridge definately can ease the traffic congestion better than roundabout. thumbup.gif thumbup.gif
