EcoMajestic is the first landed project of EcoWorld in KV, reputation is supremely important for a "new" developer.. Should lodge any rationale dissatisfaction to their management and I am pretty sure they will look into the matter seriously...

Superb news....

I presume residents from presint 1, 2 & 3 shall enter the Ecohill link via a connecting road as like in highway, less jam and all in one way...

I think EM also pushing SEH to make such changes, coz a roundabout in this location really has the possibility to jam up, due to heavy traffic from 3 different directions... building a flyover bridge much much better.. Kudos to SEH for making such changes....

Not sure how this road shall be connected to red carpet bridge, as the connecting road suppose to be near to the Sales gallery of EcoMajestic (circle in red) if following the masterplan..

Normally 2 tolls, unless you use different route.. PJ to federal highway, then to east west link, then cheras-kajang highway then Lekas highway.

The jam area shall be along Federal highway and east west link, after batu 9 toll normally takes about 20 minutes to reach Semenyih, shall be smooth traffic most of place.

If following the master plan should be straight road, might be some changes after they revise the soil/geographical structure. It seems like the bridge is already in place...

Don't think you will visualize any different in terms of "height" between SEH and EM.. Don't take the red carpet bridge as the reference, since it is in the valley.. From what can I observe, from SEH will slope down to the red carpet bridge, then slowly the geographical terrain will slowly up again towards the EM.. Red carpet bridge is just like a valley in between...

Today went to mid valley having dinner... After that went back to Semenyih coz got some work to settle..

Sharing the time taken from Batu 9 toll to Lekas Semenyih.. Traffic fairly smooth, time taken just 17 minutes, normally it will take about 20 minutes..

Lol... those pictures are taken at the PARC.. Have you been the PARC of SEH before? It is the highest point of SEH, 92.1m above sea level, for sure everything in the surrounding looks lower.. Perhaps you can pay a visit to the PARC, then you will understand about the condition..

Yeah, normally the PARC closed at 7pm if not mistaken, 6pm SEH staffs started going back already..

Yes, I think there are 16 or 18 show houses in SEH site, just beside the welcoming center.. However, majority of these models are already sold out.. Not sure they still building new show houses or not.. Just bear in mind these show houses already set up one year plus already, if compared to EM, will look a little "old"...

There are so many housing project after batu 9 cheras, sungai long, mahkota cheras, bandar tun hussein onn, saujana impian, twin palm, etc.. I presume people stay in Maluri or Midah Cheras, they will condamn these places very far too.. Anyhow, there are still tonnes of people stay in mah.. Troll will only say this is ghost town, that is ghost town, imaginary bias thought loh..

Being told EcoSanctuary only have superlink, cluster, SD and bangla low... starting from 1.2 mil... of course hearsay
only..

ES land price is about 3 times higher than EM...

Just realize that Taman Jelok Impian, Taman Asa Jaya, Saujana Impian, Taman Villa Height all already have UNIFI. Presumably Semenyih shall have the UNIFI connection soon...
