Distance can be nearer but accessibility and traffic is also another key issue.

My fren from BK Puchong to Sunway toll took him average 30-40 min and another fren from Puchong Hartamas took him 1 hour to Sunway Toll.

Exactly. How do we know SEH /EM has how many flippers at this stage? BBW has already jumped into conclusion that majority are flippers and these townships are going to be ghost towns doh.gif
Even IF all the forummers here self-declare as flippers, so what? This group of people here is just a very small numbers of the total purchasers!
