Its been in the middle of the February 2016 and yet, still no official firmware updates by Sony Malaysia (as promised from twitter)

Cant be the Politician in Malaysia affecting Sony also.

thats quite sad
my primary usage was camera with good lowlight snap + waterproof
now got many awesome cam out there with descent price
and for waterproof can buy action cam already
until now my phone cacat because cant take picture lol. even cannot scan qr code for w/app web sad.gif

same here. i also just notice my camera lens got some scratch. pictures not as sharp now. have to rely on my qx10 now if want to take better picture

waiting for z6 to retire my longest serving smartphone z1

Well, I have not see any news saying this new x series is going to replace the z series. But the x performance sure is flagship spec. I like the metal body and the included DAC. And yet the smaller screen and battery than z5 seems like a step back.

I want to remove the back screen protector. Does removing it remove the Sony logo as well?
