serenia, sunsuria city, warisan puteri,HV suites all leverage on xiamen uni, ERL, mayun digital hub, KLIA1-2,MexHighway extention 2, HVO and Korea Village (doubt they will build this).

in term of location, sunsuriacity>serenia>warisan puteri.

in term of bargain of price, warisan puteri>serenia >sunsuriacity.

Mex Highway will have any exit nearby? All these developments surely levy on the amenities, but some more than others. Sime Serenia seems the most reasonable compared to all those developments, not to say cheapest though. Only Paramount project can beat Serenia Amani price, but then the location is a bit out
