Well i got a call from my SA telling me there were already people queuing(early morning) during the prime/employee pre-launch day.I didn't believe it so i went to the gallery in the evening to see it for myself , plus to check on which units were available for me to book the next day.I was shocked when i saw all the corner lots and end lots were already booked(trying my luck for the end lot ).The public seats were already filled (around 15 people+ mostly aiming for the bumi 7% discount , some were actual buyers and some used runner service).SDP even bought dinner (Mcdonald's) for those who waited throughout the night.Somewhere in the midnight , they had some miscommunication on the seating's and minor argument happened between buyers and SDP. After that , the second phase list was out for public(without any promise that the launch will include phase 2).

On the morning of the launching , i came at around 7am++ the second phase list was already filled by 70+ people.After phase 1 were sold out(this is the one within an hour), then they announced the phase 2 will be launched as well.
