initially my thought on this development is the planning is quite impressive..then i open google map and put Serenia city sales gallery in the search bar, it show the location..then i scroll out the map, and i scroll out again, and i scroll out again, after 3x scrolled out then only i can see KL..baru i realized.."jauh nyaaaaa"..hahaha

but this is very subjective to each personal point of view

New township ma at 1st u will feel jauh biasalah bro but wth interchange 2 elite u will get used 2 it d lo😄

Big taikor sdp's project ma accessibilty problem sure kautim 1 they always build new hway interchange 4 their new townships

Price is good, but so much projects there.
Investors have to consider about oversupply🤔

but surrounding this area. quite positive development.

and connectivity is not an issue.

with serenia city new interchange.

this area will boom.

The price is quite attractive with such strategic location.
