earlier phase no body care about new launch in Serenia Arina (22X75)...can freely to choose facing south facing park without people to grab....and the price different between unit facing park and unit facing unit is only 4k... now easily can cost more than 30k....

hope more and more people to move in so can make the place lively....

A2 and E2 floor plans can be found on their website under "floor plan". There is a button at the top to toggle "Type 2".

Viewing the site from handphone is a bit more tricky to navigate.

Regarding the 2 units with the west facing, it's not a death sentence. Since this is individual title and there is extra land at the side, with some creative design, the heat can be managed.

Of course it will cost some money to manage the heat but if you get a good architect and designer, select the correct choice of materials, equipment etc the results could be awesome.

I've seen alot of owners turn what is called a disadvantage or negative point of their house into positive or highlight of their house. It takes some creative design but not impossible if you are willing to put in the efforts.

Do your homework and you will see gems where others don't.

Actually already booked by VIP in the system, u go line up 3am the day before also when they open units for booking its booked adi hahahah

Can see for Arina phase, SD given big park and community lake at north side...

This phase can said is worth in term of bigger build up / land area, low density and slightly privacy compared others.... but the facade design is the ugliest bangwall.gif

The facade still okay ma

Just the colour choice maybe abit bold la

Can repaint? Hahaha

Lake n all need alot of maintenance to jaga if not gonna be a mosquito hostel and insects fest

Prefer in front house is big flat padang with nothing fancy

can run can play football kampung style

yup...better to get park in front than lake ... current the lake is used as retention pond for construction surrounding.... muddy and smelly

need to wait for trees to grow to make the park chilly...now not really suitable to lepak under the hot sun

yeah definitely after 5 to 10 years once the trees matures its gonna be much more enjoyable

i also staying in SD township with park beside my house

window seeing greens really chillax n enjoy

the trees here also took 10 years to mature now all tall n shady n nice

Honestly I don't mind. But it's already booked. The corner unit I booked is the last one left for phase 1.

Like that how come ur statement contradict when it comes to Serenia Arina phase as per Bigman post above? Wouldn't it be fully booked by the loyal fans 🤔

To those that bought Arina and Adiva, how's the workmanship? Anisa has same contractor as Arina and Adiva, which is Nissin Builders. A bit worried because I've seen someone complain on FB about terrible leak that SD has not fixed till now, but not sure which unit.
