Is the direct link to the lake confirmed? THey would need the guard to monitor multiple entry points? OK I am asking these questions because I am salty hahaha

got one access point (open fencing door) located near to last row of units facing lake... i think the fencing door will be controlled by access card... not sure got guard house or not...

sure will has direct access to lake... same as one of the phase in Elmina ... SD will duplicate same concept.

Arina at higher price due to bigger built up, low density and direct access to lake.

Noted. Because when I was in the market for Arina, the developer was still contemplating about the direct access. Their houses even face north/south to avoid the morning/evening sun. They got a great deal

the whole Arina phase get enhanced if compared to previous proposal with reducing the units in taman and provide big playground, majestic entrance and recreation lake at Northern part of taman.
