glad to hear that finally i-Suite sold out, it has been selling for years lol rclxm9.gif

market downturn, definitely affects the sales, somehow many prime SOHO release around KLANG valley, Shah Alam might not be the 1st choice but might be future smile.gif

But too many abandon projects over the street ~ Klang, affects buyer perception on Shah Alam (nearby Klang).

any buyers from I-suite? Would like to clarify something from you guys. I'm one of the owner for I-Suite. They claim that there will be guarantee rental return during sign SNP on year 2014 however when start key collection process now the management claims no guarantee rental return package. Feels like being cheated

Yes they do inforn me got 2 package which u can decide.
Rent back or own stay.

If now no rent back means hilton is not going to be there.

U need to sign seperate GRR agreement to qualify for one, if they have grr.

Latest information from all the owners of i suite regarding the Rent back. The answer to you all is NO RENT BACK AT ALL by best western after called the sales galley who in charge and feel like getting cheat when buy the property. those owner can call Zuraina at 03-55218837

they got few phases whereby recently only get the key and looking for the RENT BACK so that the answer got from the person in charge so now thinking to SELL IT OUT. lesson learn

Given more auction units are coming. Price support is likely from someone with vested interest doesn't want price to drop low like those major shareholders of plc that have pledged their shares to bank.

icity seems to be hot in demand. studio size unit. i wander why. any insider news to share?

above is prove people willing to bid until 300k in auction.
another unit sold 250k in auction here:



and now this is last year lelong unit won at 265k. eventually when open the unit, it is fully furnish condition. airbnb unit. lucky buyer.
able to flip at 355k within a month.

Nothing special. Jus that some agent already hoarded many units and sell on rumour to clear.
