Got 2 units sold today from I-Suite and Hyde.
A A1 is isoho B B1 is isuite C is liberty D is parisien E is hyde   Both Block B (isuite) and Block D (Hyde) sold just now. Few bidders but they managed to side deal outside the auction. B-26-03, i-suite, 566 sqft (2 bedroom unit), sold at reserve price 300k. D-25-01, Hyde, 465 sqft (1 bedroom unit), sold at reserve price 290k. The opening of the new mall certainly boost up the market here. |
