icity seems to be hot in demand. studio size unit. i wander why. any insider news to share?

above is prove people willing to bid until 300k in auction.
another unit sold 250k in auction here:



and now this is last year lelong unit won at 265k. eventually when open the unit, it is fully furnish condition. airbnb unit. lucky buyer.
able to flip at 355k within a month.

279k starting price. Total 8 bidders. Sold at 340k.
still cheap? I wander.

Got 2 units sold today from I-Suite and Hyde.

A A1 is isoho
B B1 is isuite
C is liberty
D is parisien
E is hyde

Both Block B (isuite) and Block D (Hyde) sold just now.
Few bidders but they managed to side deal outside the auction.

B-26-03, i-suite, 566 sqft (2 bedroom unit), sold at reserve price 300k.
D-25-01, Hyde, 465 sqft (1 bedroom unit), sold at reserve price 290k.

The opening of the new mall certainly boost up the market here.
