The new serviced residences project i-Suite @ i-City in Shah Alam was unveiled with a flourish of elegance and charm last month by the 60 contestants of the Miss Tourism International 2013 pageant.

Miss Tourism Malaysia Thaarah Ganesan and Miss Tourism USA Louise Bairo were chosen to represent the collaboration between two companies from two countries on the project.

“I’m thrilled by the i-Suite’s modern living and ready-to-move-in concept, especially since it will be managed by Best Western International, one of the world’s largest hotel chains from US,” said Bairo.

Regardless of whether a unit in i-Suite @ i-City is purchased for occupation or as part of an investment portfolio, the buyer will benefit from the property being a part of in the larger RM5bil i-City development.

Those who buy the freehold i-Suite @i-City for occupation can enjoy a host of serviced-residence facilities while those who buy for investment need not worry about finding the right tenants.

By opting for the leaseback offer, purchasers can look forward to top-notch management of their units as a world-class service residence by Best Western International Inc.

“Whichever the choice, all our 498 units of i-Suite@i-City comes furnished in accordance with hotel room specifications,”said Naresh Mohan, managing director of Trinidad Hospitality Sdn Bhd,the Malaysian area development arm of Best Western International.

“In other words, unit owners can simply move in with little hassle as there is no headache of having to renovate their units or engage property agents to find tenants for them,” he said.

He added that property buyers who opt for the leaseback offer can expect anything between 6% and 7% annual returns as opposed to 3% and 5% if they were to rent out their units.

“We are highly optimistic of a positive spill-over effect from the neighbouring Best Western i-City Shah Alam hotel which is expected to boast 80% occupancy level onto i-Suite@i-City,” he said.

The serviced residences come in built-up areas ranging from 566sq ft to 850sq ft with price starting from RM437, 680.

The project is expected to be completed in 2016, the same year as the expected completion of the RM580 mil Central Plaza @ i-City retail mall.

High possibility LRT extension 3 is connected here~

Doesn't matter of SA or Klang / it's connected, just longer traveling time.
Not as good as MRT, but still much better than KTM.

No idea how does I Behad distribute their property to agents.

I assume they assigned Block B to GS Realty while Block B1 to Hartamas.

Anybody can justify this?

exclusive soft launching of neighboring tower today - Liberty Tower - I-City

seems good feedback base on 250 units taken (only booking) upon launching,
of course not as HOT as others properties in Klang Valley

Tropicana new development (previous Chong Hwa Picture Tube factory land), subang boarder of shah alam, opposite V2 Residensi MCT. :x

all have their own demands & supply, just like Liberty Tower hot sales > I-Suite Block B (#1)

Worst still, seems I-Suite Black B2 (#2) in dim light at the moment, until Liberty Tower sold out.

I believe marketing strategy by different property agency is important.

Personally, I think price psf is still very high, if assuming they are selling price 5 - 10 yrs later then it make sense.
But hor...no parking included leh~ so for investment it seems like share market

high risk , high returns hopes lor lolz ~ if whatever shown in i-city shown room can be realised by 10 yrs, y not giving this a chance if financial allow~ long holding power is necessary I believe...

Rent i-Suite @ RM 1800/month at smallest unit 566 sqft @ year 2017~ Possible?

what do you think? Peri kor so rich, seem can buy properties like buy vege/sayur saje. thumbup.gif

no idea about the sales of Block B1 - i-Suite, but base on newspaper lately, Liberty Tower is hot selling.

Wonder y nobody choose i-Suite? as it just a block away, which barely a nice view & less crowded towards the sky bridge passing by.

market downturn, definitely affects the sales, somehow many prime SOHO release around KLANG valley, Shah Alam might not be the 1st choice but might be future :)

But too many abandon projects over the street ~ Klang, affects buyer perception on Shah Alam (nearby Klang).
