I believed so as certain agents are buying and selling at his own . The reason i said this is when my agent ask me to write the cheque 's name under personal , i straight away turn him down . I am lucky enough to switch to Goldmine and managed to pick up my desired unit.

From what i know, Duplex at Tower 1 and Tower 3 are non HDA units, only Tower 2 is HDA . HDA units must have APDL approved .

Guys, beware of Goldmine Properties. They talk everything nicely but in the end customers dont get to choose units, agents choose for customers instead and force customers to take up the bad units by saying: want then take it, no then leave it, these are the units we have. So UNPROFESSIONAL!!

exactly.. when we received our batch of units for sale, we were scrambling with our clients to choose the best units. basically you are racing with your own colleagues. Anyways, my investors managed to grab their units, it was a low floor but they didn't mind. There wasn't any forcing, just that options were limited. You can wait, but we won't be sure if small units will still be available, or if price will be increased.

And wow, there are Agents out there taking under table money to release the units? wtf... Btw I still have 2 low floor units, 494sf and 442sf, let me know if you want. Price is RM420k+ after 10% rebate.

seems not many r bothered with d nearby high tension cable wire and leasehold status and also the probability that mrt 3 may not take place and the super high density of 1610 units for this project?

High tension cable is the only concern that I have, hence endeavouring to get tower 3 and straying away from tower 1.

Leasehold status is never an issue with me and mrt 3 is unbecoming to me, I hope that they call it off.

The main concern should be high density and residential quality, most of the units are not under HDA also except tower2 duplex units.
Noticed that not many really " affordable "buyers in this project and mostly are newbies, youngsters, agency agents who plan to flip or dreaming on good rental yields.

Many agents who got their units earlier in much cheaper prices than buyers outside...Lol. Let's see how are they going to compete with each other after vp ed. Who will be the loser in rental and subsale market. Obviously. ..lol

Want suicide also choose a better place lar. Lol

The seling point of this project is that its located within kl metropolis and nearby the biggest convention centre in asean. its approx 3x the size of kl convention centre. its also closeby to the 101 storey retail cum office metropolis tower. As a bonus it will be within 300 metres away fr the mrt 3 station. It was on this rationale that the freehold icon residence fr mah sing situated across the road fr kl metropolis commanded a sale price of rm1,200 per sq ft.
