When will the pricing be out?
If want to veer away from the HTC, gonna pick tower 2 or 3, and apparently the pricing for tower 2 or 3 will be 5-8% higher, hence looking at 900-950 sqf.

I'm really attracted to the duplex unit but I will be keener if if comes with two parking lots. I think to entice purchasers to get a two rooms unit (instead of studio), I think the parking lot should commensurate with the number of rooms. Just my two cents.

SO this is already confirmed by the Developer? Previously was reprensented that "bigger unit" comes with two, but subject to interpretation. How much is one parking lot?

These are good updates. But any idea as to the below: -

1. There were news saying that pre-launch price at 800-850 psq, now 900-950 psq. Any chances of going higher for pre-launch because I am working on a very tight budget
2. When tentatively will the price be finalized? Initially told May, now coming to end June already
3. Has the DO been obtained from the Project?

I do take note that you qualified that you are not the developer but some "intel" from you will be very much appreciated at least give us some rough idea where's this heading towards.

More expensive. I picked the 925 sqf at 999k, Tower 2. And that was the cheapest among all the duplexes.

They cleverly coiled all the commerical units at the lower floor and HDA on the upper floor at a way higher price.

As this is my second property, I would want to get the HDA units.

Personally I think tower 2 is better and tower 3 is the best, but higher price because the cheaper units face west, meaning it gonna be very hot in the afternoon, hence I didnt consider them

I was represented that it is a duplex instead of a mezzanine floor. So I presume it is a 500 sqf cum 400+ sqf upper floor unit

HDA units are unit governed by the housing development act, ie residential unit (as compared to commercial unit). Hence, loan can be approved up to 90%

My agent is from goldmine too. I don understand why agents are picking units for the purchasers? My agents gave us the opportunity to pick our own desired unit

Pardon my ignorance? What's APDL?

According to my agent, the developer has gotten the DO and good to start work. He also sent me the unit granted to them and the price stated on each unit to be picked. I think I'm lucky to get good agent.
