FYI, our famous PTLM is also part of the group coorperate with goldmine that collect cheque for this project.

MIND MY WORDS, if many kept complaining , this thread will be closed by ts without any reason mad.gif
Or my post will be deleted for whatsoever reason.

I will complain to lowyat helpdesk/support if ts dare to close this thread again without any valid reason!

Rsvp, u got the same shit? I alr passed all the details to my lawyer . And my lawyer advised me not to write in to the developer and goldmine...he will directly lodge a complaint to the malaysia real estate board..

my agent from goldmine too, my booking RM10k is refundable, since i could not get a unit that 1 want

my agent told me once a booking locked, 2 authorize form need to be sign then only booking consider done and booking RM10k non-refundable

and my refund is under processing now

Don't think this is the way to solve the issue. Everyone must responsible for their actions. Sue them to court & make sure they Get the lesson.

This is the typical issue nowadays. Allowing booking by agent's and being locked by close groups. This resulting people who really need the unit can't get those and confuse everyone on which unit is available

this is what happens when open to let external agents sell and don't regulate n control them. i am shocked that alot of the big developers are doing it especially pav bj. to be honest not suprised with this one, always knew they will have problems. go kpkt putrajaya to complain, quite effective.

Actually developer should control them by limit it to one weekly basis.

But tough also for developer since some agency sure claims they have ready cheques or buyers hence can accumulate more units for more bulk commissions.

Definitely developer needs agency helps and their database to sell but actually developer sales can do something to assists purchasers to contact the respective agency for unit locked out by them and yet to expired. However, management sure not allow by saying, if ask buyer buy from agency and claim com from them, why still need to hire the SA?

Very hard to please everyone. But poor the real home buyers.

imho, first month shld b sold by dev sa alone as most real buyers will go then. after that any leftovers can let outside agents n their kaki sapu. then also can gauge whether project really is so successful or just agents doing theatre.
