Volumetric weight : height x length x width / 6000 = KG

Once u got the volumetric weight then u can check the rate at the website

hello can someone please tell me how to get like 20/30+ KG of merchandise from China to KL. Which service should i use and an estimate of how much would it cost and/or whats the basic procedure of calculating. and what about the customs/taxes (if any). Did they use the stamp? sometimes their computer got problems then they use stamp. Try track again later.

This is not normal. They should use computer to scan the consignment form or key the no. in the system if not you can't track it. In my area if system is down they don't accept any poslaju, paying bills, roadtax renewal and etc...

I think nearest is SS 16 Subang Jaya (Carrefour). Poslaju will deliver to your doorstep. If you not at home they will leave a collection slip for you to collect at nearest poslaju office.

Pack the parcel by yourself.

go to pos counter to ask for poslaju form.

then fill in the info needed (Sender details and seller details)

then go back to counter. They will weigh the parcel and tell u how much u have to pay.

Fyi, please pack your parcel with bubble wrap and nicely. Pos man they throw parcel like basketball so be sure to pack it nicely so it won't damage before reach your customer
