Judging by the improvements made and the exceptionally high demand, I think the 6 would be more expensive than the 5s.

As usual I plan to buy iPad Air 2 from singapore
But this time I don't have time to go singapore and collect from my friend. So I plan to ask my friend direct ship back from Singapore once he received it. Now my concern is will it get tax? Last time I heard is cellular version will get tax. How about wifi version? Just want to confirm. Between I'm getting wifi version |

QUOTE(janson_kaniaz @ Oct 26 2014, 12:26 AM) Usually Apple products are "pegged" to a certain exchange rate (like MYR to USD at 3.3 a long time ago during Dr. M's time). If there's a change to the pegged value, all Apple branded products will be affected (cables, charging bricks, earpods, etc.)... but this change in pegged value rarely happens (and one did happen about a year back). With all this in mind, the original price of the 5S at launch will most likely be the launch price for the 6 (RM2399).This post has been edited by biatch0: Oct 26 2014, 03:13 AM |

Expected to be 2399.
2400 and above will be way too pricey IMO. Especially since u only get a 16gb version which definitely will be insufficient |

QUOTE(kahjye @ Oct 26 2014, 02:58 AM) Curious about this too. I don't feel it's an upgrade though, more like a switch in platform. From all the reviews I've read the conclusion is Apple has yet to refine the phablet experience, which is understandable, as this is their first try. And if the price of the 6 plus breaches RM3k for the 64GB version (which is almost certain), then the question is would we pay to be part of the experiment. All this seems to be pointing me towards the 6, but as a Note 3 owner, I would miss the screen size, and I'm pretty sure the battery life won't be as great. Sigh. Decisions, decisions... Im not a apple fan but im willing to pay for iphone because of the quality. Not spec. My wife 5S screen alone is much better than my S5. The only downside of the iphone is battery life but i heard 6 plus have great battery life.

Go for the 6 if you like and appreciate smaller and normal size phone. And money is a serious concern. For me, money is serious concern but still will get 6+ and don't mind eating Maggi haha This post has been edited by gouken: Oct 26 2014, 09:40 AM |

For me, mobility + pocketability wins over battery life. Screen size is already a massive upgrade for me, coming from iphone 4. This will be different from person to person.
I gave the phone a serious workout by running a 1080p bluray quality AVC file. No lags. At all! Framerate smooth as butter. The hardware is a beast. Real racing 3 was also played smooth like running on a PS3. |
