yes, standard package is 50kg. government control price is RM17 but will up down up down like stock market. those hardware shop repackage it into 1kg per pack also have. RM2 per kg. so u know how much they really earn. RM100 selling price when they split the 50kg pack when actual they just paid for RM17 for 50kg. but of course, minimum order is 400bag in a trailer in order to get that price. deal with trading house normally.

it been my dream to built house using a container.. i dont have problem with the exterior since i can clad it with timber... what i want to know is.. how to get smooth finish on the interior so that it felt like a cement wall..and also i dont want it to feel hollowed and feel like there`s a cavity inside it..

Cost is not a lot. I'm building my single storey Kampung house (if not a bungalow) less than rm100 psft. That's my cost.
If basic finishing like what you get from developer, without large tile, no lamps, no ceiling fan, no bathroom tile and such crap build quality, cost is less than rm80.

it'll be more helpful if you break down the cost until every beam with Y16 rebar etc and concrete slab ..

There's a huge, large, thick, fat profit margin that my wife is quitting her stable architect job and focusing on running this whole construction thing as a full time career.

Actual cost to build a basic finishing house like you get from developer is less than rm60. Be it semi-d or terrace or bungalow. Single storey.
