(2.4k x 3) to (3.5k x 3)
7.2k to 10.5k nett salary...
convert to gross will be around
8k gross to 13k gross.. man assuming no car loans.. no other commitments.. if one has car which is 90% of the case save for some exceptions) your 1/3 will further get lower installments..

so are you sure now 1/3 is the right. . Know gov recommend so..

China news.. malaysia different never and cannot bubble LYN member wont allow.. thanks for d update.. malaysia low transaction but price still up.. very deep economy or either investors are too ignorant to it..

It wont be too long...... Purchaser needs a roof more eager than seller..... Your unsatisfied inflated price remarks will move up to 500k-900k in another 2-3yrs time....... tongue.gif tongue.gif

Bear2 very funny one, he always use GDP per capital income, he donno our Gini Coefficient very bad, worst than China & India, maybe he course hasn't reach that topic,, rolleyes.gif

Bear2 lu understand boh ? for country with low Gini Coefficient then GDP reflect general income, but if Gini Coefficient is high then it's irrelevant.

Meaning the top rich group income is very high compare to the low poor group, but despite GDP not very high but the rich is very rich, so they can sapu many properties..
