property does goes in time as mention and agreed before, the pace is different..

guys holding 200k to 300k are built up with burden of 1500 installments, and flip to 500k or more,

guys holding 500k to 600k condos are having how much of burden? what is their next selling price? 700k to 800k?

now you which is riskier? those ppl holding the lower tier properties how to bubble? you guys holding 600k and 500k bubble first isn't? they can sell below 500k and as long more than 200k and 300k.. you guys can afford or not selling below 500K?
