term: gaji below 3500, never purchase any LMC before
i know this apply on NEW LMC..

how about the LMC which already over 10 or 20 years?
still follow the term or normal buy sell no term?

Bear2 can we cut these nonsense & get to the point.

How much is your income aka salary per month exact number (mileage claim, birdnest feed profit not included, as those are not official)

Where is the exact location you decide to buy, don't says whole cheras from Miharja to MC, Sg Long which part, OKR which property, which price tag (make 50K variance only, don't from 400K to 1.5M as that not make sense).

Give up exact number eg. 5.5K gross, Makota Cheras 400K apartment, Can afford pay 20% downpayment after withdrawing EPF, Legal fees & MRTA need include in loan.

Don't beat around the bush if you sincerely asking for advice, we will not laugh at you, poke fun a bit maybe, no need give GF income figure as you not yet married.

We teach you strategy how to buy fast & minimize inflation loses. brows.gif

Jus that he is not unwilling to face the current facts and situation...... Scare this scare that..... Scare after buying price really drop then he'll become a laughing stock..... So finding excuses from every angle to make his own "judgement" correct or accepted by others........ whistling.gif whistling.gif

My developer fren bought one in rawang 1.2mil. Developer purposely kept some unit and released after completion. Bear bear call tht BTS. They alreadi recover all developmnt cost without selling all units. Now price whn up 1.6mil. G&g. If bear bear interested..can buy one.
