Bear2 can we cut these nonsense & get to the point.
How much is your income aka salary per month exact number (mileage claim, birdnest feed profit not included, as those are not official) Where is the exact location you decide to buy, don't says whole cheras from Miharja to MC, Sg Long which part, OKR which property, which price tag (make 50K variance only, don't from 400K to 1.5M as that not make sense). Give up exact number eg. 5.5K gross, Makota Cheras 400K apartment, Can afford pay 20% downpayment after withdrawing EPF, Legal fees & MRTA need include in loan. Don't beat around the bush if you sincerely asking for advice, we will not laugh at you, poke fun a bit maybe, no need give GF income figure as you not yet married. We teach you strategy how to buy fast & minimize inflation loses. |
