u and appreciative man has the same thoughts, bubble in mature and old properties, their entry price were too low to warrant a bubble, coz even inflated they are still within the affordable segments..
we are talking about newly vp units and outskirt projects..
as mention before, the blue chips holders are now denying bubbe cannot happen, right? 200k 300k... even selling 400k still profit.. if this is the principle you think going to work, please finish all those 700k property new launch, sure to hit millions later..
