QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Jul 5 2015, 06:35 PM) Township yes. The ws3 also has best facade among ws condo series. Also best look in dpc condo. But the high carpark tower very very turn off... The car park may be a little far but the grand lobby more than makes up for it. If you think about it, they have sacrificed 3 stories of 8 units each which they could have built and sold. (say a unit at rm1 mil, opportunity cost is already rm24 mil.)

QUOTE(aberdeen @ Jul 12 2015, 06:40 PM) Boarding up the site does not necessary mean construction is going to start, it could be for security reason like preventing unauthorised access, it could be dangerous as there is a pond ...any unfortunate incident the owner could be held responsible...for example an over enthusiastic photograper taking photos of WOTP from their site. From this angle can have better view of WOTP...oops got quicksand.. [attachmentid=4587781] Hehe...true, true. Another picture to help us visualise the upcoming guardhouse. Attached thumbnail(s)

QUOTE(urb7 @ Jul 15 2015, 05:08 PM) Yeap, you'll need a big crane to move them into place. urb7 taiko, this picture is from Ameera right? Quite impressed SDB adds treasures such as these to their developments. Most developers would not have bothered. I mean, after all, asians have less appreciation for the arts...

QUOTE(Darkknight2010 @ Jul 16 2015, 09:19 PM) Not many early birds get good price leh......many purchasers have less than 150k paper gain before rpgt, commission etc. but this condo must wait after MRT completed to realize it's full potential. Malton's management is one of the worst, like MK Land. Malton not good meh, I thought they are the one running Pavilion and currently launching Pavilion 2 Bukit Jalil? Unless you're saying they are much stronger in retail than residential?

QUOTE(calvin989898 @ Jul 16 2015, 10:12 PM) You are wrong. The real Pavilion KL not run and own by Malton. It was privately own by Tan Sri Desmond Lim until it was listed as Pavilion Reit. Those Pavilion Hilltop mont kiara, Banyan Tree at Bkt Bintang was the real development by 'Pavilion'. Malton is another company all together but Desmond Lim is also director in Malton and probably own small shares in Malton. The classic examples is so call Pavilion Bkt Jalil by Malton. If u see carefully, the banner only put 'manage by pavilion'. Not real high class pavilion. The next real high class pavilion will be at bkt damansara which is also privately develop by Desmond Lim. Basically Malton trying to ride on or use pavilion name to sell u more expensive Now I understand why Malton's projects look quite ordinary and very unlike Pavilion KL. Yes, I have read on the Edge on how TS Desmond had bought lands near the bukit damansara mrt for his next commercial+ office project. Anyone know the story behind why Petronas funded and built the sky bridge between klcc and Pavilion? Did Pavilion contributed to the project costs? QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Jul 17 2015, 12:30 AM) ya. stp is underground. believe those expose structure are meant to service and maintenance use. the high red brick fence with pattern..i don't think will paint in color and will leave it as it is. macam lone pine expose red brick at the side of the entrance.... hopefully wotp 1 looks good lar.... i think manyak popping bricks pattern at the top part are for crawling/hanging plant to hang down nicely. Lone Pines Penang is beautiful! Wonder if GDP got their inspiration from them. Haha I love the red brick wall, especially the patterns on top. This is all quite modern and 'back to basics'.

QUOTE(WilberSc @ Jul 19 2015, 09:46 AM) Wow, u also SDB or sub con's staff? If not, how come you can take so many nice and close up pics? Hehe Hehe... maybe I should bill SDB for marketing services. The best part is, they haven't started work on the parks yet, especially the quiet park. Aberdeen kor mentioned they are spending circa rm8 mil on them, can't wait to see the results.

QUOTE(aberdeen @ Aug 9 2015, 08:33 PM) You are right Hello kor...you must excuse my poor eyesights..from far all buildings look almost the same to me..it must be the buildings further down the track covered by haze..I remember seeing WOTP from the highway driving back to KL. I believe there are alot of people just can't wait for the MRT to complete to escape the famous Cheras crawl...just imagine if you are a resident in WOTP and work in KLCC, you probably can have an extra hour of sleep before you prepare yourself to work...wake up at 7.45am..if not having breakfast..at 8am, take the shuttle bus at 8.15am, reach the BTHO station at 8.30am, and reach KLCC at 9am..gnam gnam ho to start office work.... Aberdeen kor, you sure the trip from BTHO to KLCC only 30 minutes? I'm thinking it'll be 30 minutes until Bukit Bintang and then another 20 minutes to Pavilion and then to KLCC via the sky bridge on foot...

QUOTE(aberdeen @ Aug 10 2015, 04:08 PM) Notice WOTP in the background? [attachmentid=4722209] Wonder whether we can just walk over to take the bus to the city....the double-decker buses certainly look very comfortable. Indeed they are comfy! I use to take them all the time to explore London cheaply when I first arrived there. Or when you are out late and the tubes are closed. The only way home is via the double decker...

QUOTE(ahmai2332 @ Aug 24 2015, 05:36 PM) Just hope no negro... Not cause of racism. But the property value and a lot bad news on them. Ah Mai, let's refrain from this kind of comments. Like people from all races, there will be good and bad apples. Put your self in their shoes. What if one day when your child goes to study or work in the UK, and the locals announce proudly that they hope there will be no chinks renting. How would they feel?
