You are wrong. The real Pavilion KL not run and own by Malton. It was privately own by Tan Sri Desmond Lim until it was listed as Pavilion Reit. Those Pavilion Hilltop mont kiara, Banyan Tree at Bkt Bintang was the real development by 'Pavilion'.
Malton is another company all together but Desmond Lim is also director in Malton and probably own small shares in Malton.
The classic examples is so call Pavilion Bkt Jalil by Malton. If u see carefully, the banner only put 'manage by pavilion'. Not real high class pavilion.
The next real high class pavilion will be at bkt damansara which is also privately develop by Desmond Lim.
Basically Malton trying to ride on or use pavilion name to sell u more expensive

You are right Hello kor...you must excuse my poor eyesights..from far all buildings look almost the same to me..it must be the buildings further down the track covered by haze..I remember seeing WOTP from the highway driving back to KL.
I believe there are alot of people just can't wait for the MRT to complete to escape the famous Cheras crawl...just imagine if you are a resident in WOTP and work in KLCC, you probably can have an extra hour of sleep before you prepare yourself to work...wake up at 7.45am..if not having breakfast..at 8am, take the shuttle bus at 8.15am, reach the BTHO station at 8.30am, and reach KLCC at 9am..gnam gnam ho to start office work....

Army kor, bb station to Pv not that far. No need 20mins. N don't forget bb Mrt station got underground walkway to Pv then sky bridge to klcc. Think whole walking distance From bb station Underground walkway-pv skybridge-klcc...macam around 15-20mins.

Just hope no negro... Not cause of racism. But the property value and a lot bad news on them.
