Don't just judge from this yet. There are many details that yet to be seen. Eg., earthquake resistance building, designer landscape, branded elevators, scruptures stones, 3 giant windows , quality playground, v shape building, huge parks....this are just to name fews..simplicity is the hardest things to create..
*
Yeah, I think the USP of Windows on the Park is really not the building itself, but rather the idea of having a quiet, spacious, lanscaped and well maintained park right outside your house.

So far there seems to be only 2 decent parks in KL - 1 in KLCC and the other one at Desa Park City. Anyone can share any other they may know of? rolleyes.gif

Remember they said got 300 for visitors.
*
Did you mean 30 instead, Calvin? I have seen condo with higher density than WOTP only offering 10 visitor car parks. Haha

If 300 visitor car park can organise wedding at the function room jor ;-)

Tandem cp can park limousine.

I really don't see the point of having tandem parking. It's quite a hassle and really, we are not HK/Singapore with a chronic lack of space.

my friend's relative company work on water proof project at eco-majestic.
ecoworld QC quite straight need them to test run the water 3 times before approval.

usually standard is 1 time. 2 times also not willing to do unless charge developer higher price.
they got quite handful big projects.
heard the project manager working on water proof also bought 1 unit at wotp blk b. smile.gif
*
Hello gor, this is water proof for the roof/basement parking?

To test whether is water proof, simply wait for heavy rain and see if any issue? What do you mean they need to run the water 3 times?

You should know by now that I am not an engineer! hmm.gif

If you guys notice, they are building a red brick wall from the guard house to Block C, basically covering the sewage area.

Wah army kor.. u very geng also. So many sibeh nice pictures. Tqvm.

Block b park got big cement slab on floor... Untuk apa punya? To preserve rain water?

Aiya..Stp macam they use brick wall to fence it. Hopefully inside outside also plant more trees.
*
The concrete slab is actually very deep. Initially we though it was for sewerage storage but now that you mention, it may be for rain water for the park.

What does STP stand for by the way? Google has no result. Lol.

That concrete slab at block B quiet park is actually underground on site detention tank.
STP - Sewerage Treatment Plant. As for WOTP, they are using most expensive type which is buried underground called MTP - Mechanical Treatment Plant.
As share earlier , the basketball court is approved to build but not on top of STP. It will be at the exsting showroom there.

Spoken like a real engineer! thumbup.gif

Here's the on site detention tank from another angle.

I think it is inappropriate to judge WOTP now when it is still under construction.

It's like complaining to Leonardo Da Vinci that his Mona Lisa looks like an Eskimo lady when he hasn't finished the painting.

Chill out with the pre-emptive comments on WOTP laaa. Ish!
*
Couldn't agree more. Don't forget we are still 6 months to VP (for block A & C) and that officially none of us should be going around taking pictures at this juncture.

From what I have seen so far, I'm confident SDB will deliver a great product. Don't forget too that the USP of this project is not it's facade but rather the spacious and well landscaped park.

I thought so. UDA would not have allowed other developers to share the address of their township. I mean, they invested in BTHO, not SDB...

To be honest, I'm happy I don't have to write both WOTP and BTHO in full!! Life is too short for long addresses.

Will the windows in WOTP look like this upon VP? Beautiful trees with lights from below...

Anyone can guess where the picture is taken from? :-)

Initially yes. But due to safety issue. Cancel Liao.

What a pity... Having LPG supply directly to your home is a step forward in modernity and convenience.

As for safety concerns, I'm sure with proper maintenance and inspection it will be safe.

main entrance the guardhouse

Thanks for the pictures!

Can't wait for the guard house to be completed. This, alongside with the perimeter wall (anyone knows if it's brick or fence?), will signify the end of construction.
