I'm not sure when OCR is thinking of starting their pilling work. Probably they are still waiting for a better take up rate before they ground break. As I understand, the financing banks will only release a certain % of funds to the developer based on confirmed sales to date. From Balakong Hakka village can see Wotp block A and B.

Almost all blocks reach to the top liao.

finally all 3 blocks reach to the top liao.
